Anxiety
In life, we all experience anxiety to a degree. Often anxiety goes undetected, and sometimes it catches people off guard in the form of a panic attack. We can gain awareness and understanding about this challenge which affects day to day life. Acquiring the tools to better manage it while easing the intensity of it, is a great place to start. For more information about anxiety, please watch my recent seminar at Grace Point Church on my Videos page.
Depression
Battling with different levels of depression can make one feel helpless and powerless. Many times depression is poorly understood, but it can affect every part of who you are: emotionally, physically, spiritually, and psychologically. We can work through the complexity of this challenge to unlock a healthier and more meaningful daily experience of life. For more information about depression, please watch my recent seminar at Grace Point Church on my Videos page.

Marriage and Family
Working within marital dynamics, behavioral and emotional patterns emerge that often create some level of disengagement with one another. Sorting through this and working towards new and healthier patterns is a helpful goal. Often there are communication issues that have fostered unhealthy conflict. People can be conflict avoidant because they have not had the opportunity to see a healthy form of conflict. This can change.
Working with family systems, we can take a look at each role the family member is playing out to better understand how to move towards healthier functioning.

Trauma
Most people have experienced some level of trauma in their lives. Perhaps it was an isolated incident or perhaps it is chronic and complex. Acquiring awareness and tools to work through the power of ‘triggering thoughts’ and emotions can lead to relief and hope.

Spiritual
We are all spiritual beings with the potential to make a difference in a hurting world. Let’s explore your relationship with God in the context of purpose, meaning and identity. What is getting in the way of the very best you?
"But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love"
1 Cor. 13:13
